We bill at the end of each session of a project — once the work is complete, revised, and you're happy with it. If we can't finish, you get a pro rata refund. You never pay for work that didn't get done.
Milestone-based
Projects run in defined sessions. Each one is delivered, reviewed, and revised before a single invoice goes out.
Satisfaction first
You only pay once you've approved the completed work. Revisions are part of the deal, not an upsell.
Fair by default
If a milestone isn't reached, we don't charge for it. Incomplete projects are refunded on a pro rata basis.
